At Urban Icons, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and offer a 30-day guarantee to ensure your experience is seamless and worry-free.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns must be approved by our team before shipping back to us. Please email us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unauthorised or late returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.

Once your return is received and inspected (within 10 business days), your refund will be processed within up to 14 business days. Refunds are issued in the original payment currency; your bank may apply currency conversion or transaction fees.

We cannot accept returns for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.

Damaged Items

We take care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Please note: damaged shipping boxes with intact products are not considered damaged.
